Dermatology Life Quality Index

The Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), developed in 1994, was the first dermatology-specific Quality of Life instrument. It is a simple 10-question validated questionnaire which has been used in 33 different skin conditions. Its use has been described in over 500 publications including 30 multinational studies. At present the DLQI is the most frequently used instrument in studies of randomised controlled trials in dermatology, however we belive that is is an important tool to help those affected by Nodular Prurigo to demonstrate the full extent of the impact on the lives of sufferers.

Please help us to build this data set by taking a couple of minutes of your time to complete the questionnaire.

Note to professionals

As a doctor, nurse, social worker or any other professional, if you are caring for someone with nodular prurigo who does not have access to the Internet, could we ask you to download a copy of the questionnaire, ask the person to complete it and then come back to this site and enter the results for them. The more entries that we can acquire the better the statistical accuracy of the combined results will become.
